Hello everyone my name is Laura i am 36 and i have ra, fibromyalgia,
reynauds syndrome and 2 herniated discs. I am a mother of a 15 yr old
daughter.

I appreciate all of the great information that this website and
all of you have contributed to my life. Thankyou! I herniated a disc in
1991, and then was diagnosed at the mayo clinic with fibramyalgia. The
chronic pain led to a series of injections into various joints in order to
allow me to walk with comfort. I believe i had ra at the time too just
undiagnosed. I believe i suffered the most during this period of time.
My husband did alot of caretaking. Unbeknonst to me, my husband was
diagnosed with ms in 1993 and took his life on february 7, 1993.at this time
I was only diagnosed with the herniated disc at l5s1 and fibramyalgia. These
diseases have added to alot of devastation in my life.

In march of 1999 I was in a car accident and hit by a woman that ran a red light. I herinated a disc in my neck c5 @ 6. It was 6mths ago that I recieved the diagnosis of ra, reynauds and fibramyalgia. Ra runs in my family but denial is quite strong. They haven't found ra in my blood work, yet.

I really appreciate this website, it has helped me beyond words. I am looking into filing for disability even though i haven't worked in approx. 7 yrs. Because of both pain and fatigue! God bless--laura---
