It
has been proven in scientific studies, putting your feelings down on
paper can help to ease the pain. You can do it in the form of a journal,
jot down your ramblings, write a poem or even a short story.
Sharing it with others who may be
experiencing the same feelings might even be more beneficial. You'll
receive the support of others, you'll help others express their feelings
and you'll know that you are not alone.
In this section we hope to provide a
place for those expressions. We'll post the poems, stories and ramblings
of our members. If you've written something you'd like to share with the
rest of the Arthritis Insight Community, just click here.
