Oh I am fine now. LOL I took my pain pill. Well I am fine if I do not try to put my shoe on. I may just have to go to Florida for the winter so my feet do not get cold. I took a bath and then had to change the dogs potty pad. So I honestly went out to the trash with one shoe on and one shoe off. Does not bother me much to go without shoes till it snows. The stores tend to get a bit fussy about it.

Bless your heart your injuries sound so terrible. I know that has to be painful. I assume that you still have those awful headaches. I can not even imagine. I hope you have some form of relief from this pain.

You will of course have to tell us how your ceremony goes. We are still all excited about it.

Editing to say I missed the last post thanks for the update on the ceremony! Glad you enjoyed it!

The day was perfection, start to finish. My family outdid themselves with the meal, the decorations were just right for a cloudless but cool autumn afternoon, the band was as versatile as they were loud, and the toasts were both touching and humorous.

Today's brunch was emotional and I was sad to see the last car pull away.

Congratulations Shug! So glad to hear the celebration was everything you hoped for - except for the stitches! I'm sure you looked beautiful to Bob and everyone who loves you! I'm so sorry you are now having to deal with seizures. My friend and neighbor had encephalitis (sp?) several years ago and now has a seizure disorder. She can have one at any time, any place. She has an implant in her chest that she can rub with a magnet (no I'm not making this up!) when she feels a seizure coming on and it reduces the severity or sometimes stops the seizure. Unfortunately, she also has memory issues and sometimes forgets to take the magnet with her. We are all used to it and know pretty much what to do. Anyway, I know what you are going through because I've seen what she's had to deal with. So you get any sensation before a seizure so that you can lay down or at least sit? She has said she gets some sensation in her brain before one. If you want, I can ask her to better describe it so that maybe you can watch for it. Take care and get some well-deserved rest!

Ouch Ouch Shug. We need to send you a huge roll of bubble wrap.  I love photos, but prefer memories.. Somehow they seem more real.

Here is about the same.. Saw the dr again yesterday for the boil, and it has been confirmed as MRSA. have no idea where its coming from. I will see her again on Monday.

She also wants some bloodwork done to check on my platelets I am bruising, BIG lumpy bruises all over  many without having a clue where they are from.. Inner bicep for ex.. how do you bruise there without knowing how?

My DD called me Halloween night from the ER. She has a nasty case of MRSA in  her eyebrow, which has turned into cellulitis. They gave her an CT scan to make sure it isn't behind the eye,  an IV of antibiotics there and a scrip for augmentin and since she has no insurance despite working almost full time, she called and asked if we could pay for her medicine.  So I went over there Sunday and spent the day with her. We didn't get it from each otehr since we only see each other maybe every 6 weeks or so.

Hi Shug, I have missed so much!  I am so happy you had such a lovely renewal ceremony!  What a treasure for you and Bob to have and keep!

I am sorry to hear of your recent health developments and the additional pain it has caused - my heart aches for you.  You are so wonderful at putting those feet on the floor and continuing to move forward and I thank you for being such an inspiration, teach us all not to give up!

I am sending  hummmmmmmmms' Hugs and good, positive energy to you today and everyday.
