Jas, if you wouldn't mind sharing what you learn here that would be great.  I had that sort of elbow tendonitis for, oh, about a year after we moved in to this house, and my RA surfaced in a big way.  My RD wasn't all that concerned about it, anti-inflammatories, brace, the usual, I never did see a PT.  It still flares up occasionally and is painful, so I'd be interested in what you learn about dealing with yours.  I hope it helps you, that sort of ongoing nagging pain can be pretty debilitating.
RA, Sjogren's, asthma
MTX 25mg/wk, Relafen 750mg 2xdaily, folic acid, biotin, supplemental vit D, calcium, and "for women" formula multivitamin; Combivent as needed for asthma

I hope you get as much relief from PT as I usually do.

Tennis elbow
Golfer's elbow
Milkmaid's elbow
Nursemaid's elbow
Archer's syndrome
Bowman's syndrome
Miner’s elbow
Weaver’s elbow
Housemaid’s knee
Hod-carrier’s shoulders
Dustman’s shoulders
Miner’s beat hand
Etc.
Etc.

Interesting how labor's syndromes outnumber recreation syndromes; although archer's bowman's could be either or both.

I hope your elbow is improving, JasmineRain, and that the rest of your joints are at ease.
