About those ribbons... I personally vote for a tie-dye RA awareness ribbon. RA is so confusing and complex in its effects, a nice psychedelic tie-dye, each ribbon different from the other, seems appropriate.

It can't kill you...hmm, OK, yes, but the comorbidites it provides opportunities for/to most certainly can.
I too vote for tie-dyed, or maybe marbled. I have just finished up some hand-couched, marbled paper and am enthralled by the process.

How about Batik? Each of us could have our own design in the same color.
