Exercise and arthritis? Impossible you say? Not really, with a little forethought and planning, exercise can be a valuable part of your treatment regime. In this section we'll be looking at the different ways you can exercise WITHOUT throwing yourself into a major flare. It can be a delicate balance trying to keep those joints flexible and also being able to function the next day.
