BEEN OUT FOR A FEW DAYS. HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH BLEEDING AND HAD TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM LAST THURSDAY WITH SEVERE ABDOMINAL PAIN. TURNS OUT HAD A BLEEDING ULCER...NOT FUN. GOT A NEW "MED" AND FEELING BETTER. HAVE TO GO TO GASTRO DR IN TWO WEEKS (EARLIEST APPT) TO HAVE FURTHER TESTS AND RULE OUT OTHER PROBLEMS. TUMMY STILL A LITTLE SORE BUT MUCH BETTER!!!

Sorry you've not been feeling good. Hope you'll be feeling better quickly. I had an ulcer.......soooo painful. take care, get plenty of R&R.
they gave Me SUCRALFATE, THE GENERIC OF CARAFATE...ANYONE TAKEN IT?
I gave carafate to my ferrets when they were sick... when they had insulinoma (like low blood sugar) i gave them pediapred (yeah more pred in my life) and carafate to coat their tummy... It was bubble gum flavor or something like that... they were liquid so i could just syringe them into their mouths... Hope you feel better and get rid of the ulcer.... laters!! Thanks Unicorn, I have been wanting to do this.
Lulu Sorry to hear about your ulcer. Hope everything works out! We did miss ya! You just did not give me time to realize you had not posted! Takes me a while....but I do notice it eventually. Glad you are back and recopping! SO sorry about the ulcer.
