I am a night owl, but during the week I try to get in bed before 2am, and watch tv until I feel tired. I have a new friend that helps me sleep, her name is Ami (amitriptylin), she is great. I sleep so well, I dream good dreams, and wake up refreshed. I love Ami.

yes I'm in Ca. where do you live? I need Ami here at my house....LOL...get 2 to 6 hours sleep a night.Yeah, Ami works pretty well for me. But if I take it too late in the night like 1am, I feel groogy, because I have to get up at 6:30am to see daughter off to school and make sure she catches the bus.

We are fron Tennessee, move to Ca. long time ago. I like the weather here, But I miss the green...LOL
I'm old....found out I had ra in 1982. been on the hard stuff....LOL. This site seen to have a lot of nice people in it. A long time ago I come here about 98 or so, then the site went down or something people left so I lost track of it. found it the other day while looking for something else.
