A few members had mentioned that they would like have the ability to do POLLS in this group but the group manager or owner, would prefer we did not do polling in here. I was wondering how many people would be interested in having a site to use for Polling purposes? If there is enough interest in this subject, I have a free forum site that we can use and I could possibly have it up and running by the end of the weekend.
Please post back as to weather you would like to have a special site to use for this purpose and what type of subjects that you may be interested in.
I also may be able to put a chat room in the forum. I will look into that, if anyone is interested.

Okay, dokay, ToniSo far just the 4 of us would like a polling site. 60 people viewed the post, but no reply from them. We may not have a need to start one, just yet.
The one I am trying to put together for us, needs to have a certain amount of people who are posting in those 30 day, or they will de-activate it Not sure how many post are needed to keep it activated past that time, I will go back and check it out.
We can add a chat room to it. It is a plug-in and it is a pay for service. So, unless we have more people interest in a Polling site, than we are showing right now, we may have to put it on the back burner for now.
What do you think we should do to get people interested in going there. How about adding a few trivia games? They also have a place for celebrating birthdays, which is kinda a nice thought.
If you have any ideas, please feel free to voice them. Also, if we do get the site going, I sure could use help with it. Anyone interested?

I wish I could help but my computer skills are limited to power point presentations and wordprocessing. I hope it works out. I took a statistics class. You have to be very careful how you phrase your questions to get good results. It would be great. I know of Wayney but I haven't had any 1 to 1 conversation with her. I do agree, she is quite knowledgeable about RA. I haven't seen her post anything lately. I hope she is OK. I will PM her to see if she would mind helping out. Like you I am limited in the Webmaster skills. But I guess I am about to learn. God help me...please.
I have the settings on the Board set up but I can't seem to get the darn TEST FORUM, deleted. Anybody have any idea as to how many polls you want going at the same time, how many days to keep a particular poll going, how many days a member has to respond to the poll by. Did you want to have posting ability to yak about the polls? Please let me know what you think you want to do with it. I will check back with you all later, to see what you think, right now I am heading out to weed eat my yard. Good Grief ...
Are the polls going to be on here, the message board? If so, you might can PM ernst to see if he can allow polling for us. Just a thought. Jooniper, It sure would be nice to be able to do it here.
