Hey i just checked online on a drug checker website that you can put meds in and check the possibilty of interactions and I did find one for vicodin and the Tylenol PM that you were asking about last night.  Here is the site but it is NOT reccomended. You have to be carefull espically since both meds have acedametaphin in them.

Cool website.  I like.

Vicodin has between 500mg and 750mg of tylenol per tablet and Tylenol PM has another 500mg.  Most people can take 1000mg of tylenol per dose,  but since this drug is hard on our livers which can already be stressed with Methotrexate... you should check with your rheumy first.
