Just looking for a new hairstyle idea online tonight, and saw a link to the 2007 new release of Crocs footwear for winter.  Now I know these are very popular with a lot of women on here, so thought I would post the link for you.  If I am running true to form, I'm probably WAAAAY behind the eightball here, but I think it must be fairly new.  Hope so anyway.
Cheers

Hi, shoes have become a real challenge for me. I have some very thick , soft zorries (flip flops) and my ugly old Dr. Scholl's 'nursing shoes' with inserts. But, I'd like to ware SOMETHING Else. Yesterday, when I went to the Calif. Rec/Parks meeting (where Clint Eastwood was seated as a member....name dropping ha ha.

i like this thread about shoes. I'd like to have some very soft soles., especially in the front. Lynda

Lynda, did you have those cute shoes on for Clint???
You're a rascal!!
I have been living in a pair of sport sandals all summer.  I got some strange looks at work in the beginning, but I've always used a rather liberal interpretation of the dress code anyway.  They are very comfortable, my feet don't get burning hot and I can put icepacks on without taking my shoes off.  When it gets colder I will go back to my Land's End all weather mocs. Is anyone else like this, or is it just me?  I've always been flip flop challenged.  It just takes too much concentration too keep them on my feet, if I'm not actually thinking about holding them on with my toes, they go flying off.  If shoes aren't strapped to me in some way, I cant wear them. OMG I am the exact same way.  Never could stand flipflops.   My feet always seemed to fit "crooked" in them; my heels were always on the ground.

I'm kinda glad to hear that.  My daughter and DIL always think that's so weird, I'm glad I'm not alone.

Im the same way w/ flip flops to but i still wear em

Aw, Kiwi.  I'm sorry to hear for feeling so poorly.  It's the pits when your feet are bad.  And add lack of sleep to that, well hopefully the little ones will give you such a go that you sleep soundly tonight.  Well, not so much of a go that you have a miserable day.

I have my hair cut in a bob.  I really like it, it suits my face.  I think just about anyone can wear a bob well, though.  What color will you go to?
Nope!!  Too hard, but I'm ready for a change of colour & style.   I have been growing my hair for a few months now, used to have it really short, but now that I can't blow-wave it any more - it just poked out in all the wrong places.  So my hairdresser suggested a bob, and it's just about all one length now, but as I've been growing out streaks as well, it's all a nothing mousy colour as well.  So I've been filling in this sleepless night looking for a new me!!   Wish I could get some new legs and feet as well!

Honestly, this is the third night in a row I haven't been able to sleep - it's now 5.06 am, and about the 4th time I've had to get up and walk around.  Really aching in my legs and feet, and when I lay down it's keeping me awake. So I've been walking around and around in circles in my house, and it's not so bad when I'm sitting with my feet on the floor either. And I'm going to be looking after my dear wee grandsons tomorrow - well today really - so I'm going to be really on form - NOT!

I think my next move might be to wiggle down to the bottom of the bed and dangle my legs over the end - see what happens.
I had my hair streaked a few months back; I just dyed it all back to the same color.  The streaks were OK, but it just wasn't me.

Don't know what to tell you about the sleep difficulties, other than I hate when that happens!!!!!
I think a dark blonde to cover the grey, then lots of blonde streaks.  This time around it will be long enough for foils, so I won't have to have that horrible helmet and crochet hook nonsense.  Ouch!! That hurts too much!  We sure don't need any voluntary pain.

Well, I'm heading back to bed to try again, 5.34am now - I might get lucky and get a couple of hours in Thanks gals for your kind words and "sleep well" wishes. &%$#&^*(&(^^$%&

THEY HAVE CROCS CALLED "ALICE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I MUST OWN THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You go girl!!

I'm another flip flop challenged  kinda girl..  They always seemed to hang off my feet to the sides.. weird.

but I also HATE HATE HATE crocs.

heck I just hate shoes...maybe Ill just wrap my feet in rags.

My fave shoes are a pair of sketchers sandals that I got this year.  They are strappy leather and they go around my whole foot so I don't to have to think to keep them on.  No added work for my toes (or my brain).  It's funny cuz when I bought them my daughter was going on about how ugly they are, and I have gotten so many compliments on them.   I mean, even strangers ask where I got them.  I love it when it happens right in front of Brenna.  I just look at her and smile.

Yeah Link but all those strangers are OLD aren't they?

I just got some slip on shoes from walmart, they're No Boundries brand. Holy COW they're comfy. I was so shocked. I just really hope they hold up.

Katie wants me to come to Florida and take her DOWN!!!

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm cruisin.....
