joonie's post made me want to see what everyone else looks like! I have a mental picture of many of you and want to see if you look like the picture in my mind. Anyone want to post pix? love, juliahh
Awww.... Juliah... I remember your face from a couple of years back. And you are just getting prettier in every pic I see of you.
Thanks for sharing. I tried adding text and now I can't get the picture to post. Grrr. How do you post a picture? I can't see the pic.it's just a red xI see it! Beautiful picture, too.jasminerain, there is a picture of a tree above this text box. You have to host your picture at a site first (go to tinypic.com). You put the code in one of the boxes, but I kept screwing up. Someone here can explain it properly. Love, jHere I am marching in the local 4th of July parade with my old high school. They invited the alums to march. It was great fun... but some of the kids in the band felt it necessary to remind me that I graduated before they were born Nope, Jasmin not how I pictured you. But now I know what ya look like!
Nope, Jasmin not how I pictured you. But now I know what ya look like!

But at least I got a pic with a GIANT candy corn, not many people can say that.

Hey thanks Joonie for doing that for me. You Rock!!
I've just been out for lunch and came back to give it another go, and bingo, there you were, or rather, there I was with my Paige, Bailey & wee Cameron. Thanks again Joonie.
It really is great to meet each other kinda face to face as well. Really personalises our experience. And we're all wonderful and beautiful - aren't we all the greatest looking bunch.
My lunch outing today was meeting up with a few "olds" from my roller skating days when I was around about between 16 & 21.
Wow - we had a huge wrinkle count!!
I'm still computer illiterate. Would someone mind telling me how to post a photo? Thanks.
Hey Joonie,
Considering you seem to be the on site technical adviser, if I email you a couple pictures, can you post them for me? I've tried and tried to get mine up here but it didn't work.
me almost two summers ago. look pretty much the same
I luv all the photos, everyone looks so beautiful (and handsome
Hi all- you are all lovely people I think this is a good idea. Its nice to put a face to the name.
Me on holiday
here is Steph!
Here's me and Mr. Lovie:
Some of you might have seen this one before. I don't have too many with me in them. I prefer to be the one behind the camera if I can help it! lol
I wish I could figure out how to get a pic in here!! I'm totally computer illiterate!! I have a silly one of myself and hubby in Vegas last year.I down load all of mine to photobucket.com and then it's easy to post them here. Don't feel bad though....it took me a long time to learn to do that. lolI used to be able to do all this kind of stuff, but now I have no patience, get frustrated, and shut down the puter!! I don't always have the time either. Today, I had a little time to come here because the kids are with their father. Summer's over, they'll be home for good after this, next visit with him will be Christmas vacation.
Does he live in another state? No, but he does live about an hour and half from us. During the summer he takes the boys Tuesday thru Friday. Give me and hubby a break, and they get to spend time with their dad and his girlfriend and her kids. It's beginning to take a toll on my kids though...they just want to come home. They'll be home tonight.
My husbands children live in another state. He goes back and forth every other weekend and gets them. As they get older it's getting harder and harder to juggle this kind of agreement. Luckily for me my children's father lives within 10 miles of me so we can switch off every few days without disrupting the kids lives too much.
It's never easy though. I know how it is.
Lovie - you and Mr Lovie are a very good looking coupleHere is my daughter who is now 9.
Here is my son (2) and my mommy (73)
Your kids are adorable! Isabel is 2 also. Ok I'll join in. This is my hubby, son, daughter and myself at my brother-in-laws wedding. The one where he married my sister-in-law. So now my sister-in-law is my sister-in-law twice. Other brother-in-law was even at the wedding. Hey what can I say, it was a family affair.
Oh Pammy, you should move to WV with Karen......
lol
What can I say, my sis in law is from Tasmania which has the same reputation.
Okay, everyone is sharing so here I am in all my glory!
When I was at my first rheumy apt last week and saw a woman walking out who looked my age, it made me feel better. Of course she and I were the only young ones I saw, but she was the FIRST person I saw which set the tone for my apt. I was 'non-technically' dx at 20...geez how young can ya get lol. It's hard feeling like a loner, so I do understand davids comment. I'll be removing my pic later in case anyone wonders(or cares) why it's no longer there. Always felt funny about my pics being up 'permanently' ANYWHERE on the net. Thams for sharing everyone!! No one would ever guess that was you!
In case you haven't already guessed, I like playing pranks! The old lady photo and this one were Halloween costumes! I dressed up and fooled everyone at the school where I worked, LOL Are you serious Karen?? That first one is not really what you look like? You lil trickster!!!
Now show us the real you!I liked the socks nice touch!LOL
LOL, everyone was so sweet and still complimented you anyway
I figured that wasn't you, or you were funnin
What you can't see in the photo is that I let the hair on my legs grow really long in preparation for Halloween! And the knee highs had runs in them. Did you notice the nice moles????? Thank you for being so sweet to an old lady!! My husband keeps both of these on his desk. He shows the old lady to people saying, "This is my wife," and then waits to see their reaction, and then he says "And so is this and shows them the old man". He also has one of me as "A Burned Out Teacher" he shows too, but it is clearly a costume, so I didn't use it on you guys! The world needs more people like you
Oh Mew, I tell her that all the time. Isn't she great??
She sure has a wonderful sense of humour!
Life's too full of fun to take seriously! You totally rock Karen! I just love your outlook on things!Hey, I do have fun - in spite of my recently amputated leg!
This is my school picture from last year.....man! It took me a long time to figure this out. I am glad I finally got there, and hope to post picts of kiddos and hubby. Your very pretty Shelly, love your hair! Karen I never know when to take you serious. You always fool meMichelle, you have great eyes. Great for winking at the fellers ( I won't tell)Shelly how many kids do you have?
MY Son Brandon
I have two kids above...and YES! I have gotten into a lot of trouble with those eyes!LOL Thank you for the kind words. Yes, she does look a lot like me now...she used to look more like her daddy. Yes, we are all busy with some sort of thing. Brandon is probably the scariest with his bike tricks and such. This is not a very good picture of him, but he looks like his daddy with my coloring and eyes. Will look for better pictures later. Thanks...I love my little family. Here is my little fam at a wedding last month:
Shelly your family looks lovely. I have photos of my brood on here somewhere but i will post a few more
Thanks Jasmine. I guess I should find a better picture.
Me and wifey cruising around Maui. Still trying.
That's really beautiful Jay. Hawaii? Alan, We loved Maui. Our last few trips have been to Oahu but it is still nice just a lot more congested. I could go every few months if it wasn't so expensive to stay. We have talked about Maui in a couple of years. I can hardly wait. Jay, We are shooting for Kaui next trip. When we went to Maui we spent a day on Oahu and spent most of it waiting for a rental car. We rushed thru Oahu but got some pretty good pics. I was there 30+ yrs. ago and remembered some of the things I wanted to see such as Waikiki Beach, Punchbowl, and U.S.S Arizona Memorial. Maui was great and I'd go there again in a heartbeat! I imagine you recognize this then.
Two views, 1 from the plane, 1 from Punchbowl.....okay, I'm ready to go back! OK, all these great photos of beautiful women, handsome men and lovely children, not to mention photogenic destinations, makes me want to hold a big rockin' party for us all in Hawaii!
Now if only my aching body didn't have to get on a plane for a gazillion hours.... kel I wanna a picture of me in Hawaii!!!
I guess the best I am going to get is Gulf Shores, Alabama or Panama City, Florida.
Alan!!?? I think that is the first time I have seen a picture of you. You do not look anything like I remember you looking like. But nice to see ya again
Jay? Why did you not look happy? You were in Hawaii!!!
kel Jay? Why did you not look happy? You were in Hawaii!!!

Jay? Why did you not look happy? You were in Hawaii!!!
Joonie that is my happy. I have always had that same look. I may have actually smiled a few times. Kel you really should have that wart with the long hair in it seen about! Oh No Wait thats Karen who has the warts. Sorry Kel
Jay, I hate to break this to you, but that's called "greying". I hope we meet one day. I think we could be great friends! Maybe we will get to Florida as a group??? Hi All: Thought I would joint the photo posting fun! Here is me! :)
http://s231.photobucket.com/albums/ee205/mcgundich/ Jennifer, Lily has gorgeous eyes!
These are Janice's photos! Pretty lady!
Jen, Lily has beautiful eyes. Jennifer, Your Lily has gorgeous eyes! She's a doll like her mommy
Janice do you use a cane all of the time? Nice pictures in your album. Is hubby a race car driver? Very nice pictures. Thanks for sharing. Thanks so much for posting the photos! Bill hated seeing his pics because he's changed so much physically since all his surgeries. That doesn't matter to me. He's still the same wonderful guy on the inside!
You're a doll! A smart one at that! Thank you everyone. I think Lily bear has lovely eyes too! :) You all are very lovely yourselves! This is a fun thread! I really like to see what you all look like. Now I can picture my friends in my head when I think of you all! Hugs, Jen Hi Michele, My step-son (23 yrs.) is a race car driver. If anyone is interested, his web-site is kevinmccannracing.com.
I've got two great step-kids. He and his sister (25 yrs.) are really wonderful. In the Christmas family pic you can see them and our adopted son, who we got when he was 9 yrs. old., who's also a fantastic kid (20 yrs.) For someone who couldn't get pregnant and give birth herself because of MTX, I've really been blessed with all 3 of them.
You asked about the cane. RD told me back in 2001 to use it all the time because of the erosion of my left knee. It buckles quite a lot. Now I'm using it because of the injury to my rt. hip.
Hope I didn't give you TMI!
What a beautiful family! You look so proud and happy!
Alan I'm playing in a classical orchestra and a quartet...Russian composers at the moment. I also play contemporary pop music in a church worship band. But, I love all kinds of music and play a lot of different styles in my spare time. I love to listen to blues, 60's and 70's rock and roll, etc. Celtic music is a lot of fun to play though I don't really listen to it much. I prefer to play than just listen. I'm learning music theory from a really good teacher and am starting to try composing some music of my own...very exciting! Alan
This is 5 years ago, but I don't have many family photos. It is at the wedding of our eldest of 3 sons. They now have a beautiful baby girl and are expecting a second baby- 15 months apart. Surprize!! They are happy about it and we are thrilled!!! Lynne Hi Lynne, What a lovely wedding photo! You look stunning in that outfit. Congratulations on the grand-daughter and the next baby.
Lovely!
Thanks! It's fun, I love the bright reds and have kept it similar to this for the past 10 years. Colour is high maintenance but with a short cut it's super easy to style daily so it's a good trade. A bottle of colour for a brush lol.Well Sarah, I can only see half your head, but I like it.Well, I no longer feel like I'm too young for this after seeing some of you. That's one hangup I'll have to drop. David, so many people say that to me if I tell them I have RA.....no way, you're too young for that. Ha! I have to tell them that actually I'm in the prime age group for it and actually people who are younger than me get it too.Oh lets not go there. Try being 5. Or 11. Or 15.
