I'm glad your trees survived! I would love to have a maple tree. We just have palm trees and you can't hang a "happy little tire swing" from a palm.

Whew, that must have been a rough storm! Glad everything is okay! Falling trees are very dangerous!
Neighbors of ours just had a tree fall on them in their driveway. It was awful. It hit their van first and crushed it, thank goodness, cause if the van weren't there they would have been killed. The father will need lots of therapy, but he can be repaired thank goodness. The son was knocked unconscious and injured his shoulder. It could have been so much worse.
