feel good joonie, I'll catch ya later,

I wish I was there with u to help you consume the twinkies.

Shawnie

You guys are tooooooo funny.  I couldn't resist this subject line Joonie.  How can you do this to me, my first day on 20 mg PRED.

Roxy- LOL....I know that is why I put the subject like that

Mean aren't I?

I just wanted you to know Roxy that it does not really matter what you while on pred...just as long as you are active enough to burn some calories.

Shawnie - What is a dump cake? I might want to try it out!

Joonie

Im almost afraid to tell u, I dont wanna add to your sugar addiction.

A dump cake is very easy to make. You can use just about any canned fruit like peaches, pineapples, cherries, etc. To me tho it tastes better made w/ mixed fruit, like Fruit Cocktail. You take a large can of fruit in light syrup and pour it in a 9 by 12 baking pan then you pour a box of yellow cake mix on top of it spread it out evenly and then pat that generously w/ butter covering the majority of the cake mix. Bake at 350 for 45 min and there you have it.

Hummm....that does not sound too sugary!! I think you meant HEAVY SYRUP!

Sounds good...to bad I do not have an oven....lol. Hubby got rid of our oven because it died from not being used...lol. And we have not gotten another one yet...been about 2 years now.....the kitchen is much more spacious now

MMMMmmmmm....cookies!! white choclate Macadamia cookies....

3 pounds

Now, I am going wash it down with some green tea!

Dump cake is so good!  Usually I make it with blueberry pie filling and crushed pineapple..next time I'll have to try it with fruit cocktail...that sounds good.

I'm eating Whoppers

MMMmmmm....BLUEBERRIES!

Roxy probably will not come back and visit this post...lol.

BUT when she does she is in for a REAL "treat"...

Well, I just finished a bowl of mashed potatoes - how wierd am I?

Lulu

Well, you girls don't get all the fun. I took the day off and had a great lunch. Half a pound of shredded cheese on...nothing! Man, some chili would have been great with that.

Mike

You Guys are Hillarious, and you're making me fat!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im gonna stop reading this thread now before I gain any more weight.

uhhhhhhhhhhhh hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm  WOULD YOU GUYS STOP!!!!!!  Kathy,  there are these really tasty "skinny cow" ice creams that are great.  Only 140 calories.  I also like whipped cream on fruit and yogurt is good for the sweet tooth also.  I want to be a "skinny cow".

LOL...that is the idea for me when I eat anything....LOL.

Potatoes eventually produce a lot of sugar when it is getting broke down by the body.

I like potatoes.

I'm stuck on the Edy's Slow Churned Rockey Road ice cream...low fat and low cal OOOOOOOOOOO  I have tried that one Murphette.  Where do you get it?  There really are some tasty low fat ice creams and I love ice cream!!!!!  I just look at the calories.  Here I get it at Publix or Super Target. It runs about .  I like a lot of  low/no fat yogurt  icre cream,  but many of the low cal ice cream don't taste good to me, this Edys Slow Churned has been the best of both worlds.

Ok this sounds so decident, but its actually kinda healthy... ( i know.. not on this post.. but i WILL redeem myself... keep reading)

Take angel food cake mix and mix it with pineapple tidbits, mix it up and cook it at like 350 for 25-30 minutes (or til done) Very sweet and sticky... but not a lot of calories....

Now to redeem myself!!! my FAVORITE!!!!!!

Ben and Jerry's Half baked ice cream... ( i eat the frozen yogurt now but...) its chocolate ice cream with brownie bits AND concolate chip cookie dough bits...YYYYYUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm

Another good healthy thing to eat is fresh fruit with Marzetti's French Vanillia Fruit Dip....no fat !

Since when was this a "healthy" junk food post?!

aww....man hubby made me forget what I was going to say....I will be back to post if and when I remember.

You guys are too much fun, my neighbor just brought over home made pizza that she cooked on the grill
Mina

Murphette...have you been looking in my frig?....

Lulu

You have some Edy's or Marzettis?

I gotta watch some fat ...just ate a chocolate chocolate donut from Dunkin Donuts

pound #4

Yes, I said 4! I am eating Twinkie #4 of the day!

Now, on to pizza again!!

now I can blame all of you for all the sweets I'm eating today.

LOL

Yeah, yeah blame me!

Tomorrow I behave...Yeah right

So, has anybody asked you if that is your beagle? Inquiring minds want to know.

BarbYep that's my beagle  ...actually my husband's beagle but I claim her LOL...She was his Father's Day present from me a year ago. .

Now I have to find something else to eat! I guess I can always start on the VERY fatten' Ice Cream in the freezer!!

MMMMmmmm.....Ice Cream....the non-low fat kind....the VERY fatten' kind!!
