I use to go out dancing all the time until I had sinus infection after sinus infection. Stay out of the smoke and if you smoke stop. You will continue to be sick...it also has to do with if you are on immunosuppresives.I've had the worst sinus infections of my life while on humira. The infection also spreads to my ears. I was in contact with only four people in the two weeks after my last injection and got sick.
The only suggestion I have is to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer every 15 mins or so. Its a pain but it may help.
