I went back to school and right away my joints are worse.... great! being on the 5th floor is not fun. Ive been trying to work out and have been going on the ellipitcal machine, feels fine while im doing it but im definetly more stiff and sore later which is sad, i need to be working out my cardiovascular stuff is sooo out of shape, heart rate was 200! i wasnt dying either like i was breathing hard but i could talk.....   i dunno what up with that. but yea, my friends really really really dont get how bad this JRA is. one kid in my suite was like yea but its not bad right? and like i didnt want to say actually no its awfull, but i did twant him to get it!!! ahhhh

Oh No! I'm sorry to hear that. Try not to over do it with the working out right now. Give yourself sometime to adjust to all the changes (As well as all the steps!)

Hope you'll be able to rest up this weekend and start fresh again next week feeling much better.

i hope so! havntbeen ale to sleep either, i ussualy cant enough sleep but lately cant fall assleep and wake up too early....Maybe you are doing too much sweetie! those steps up to the 5th floor seems like enough exercise to start with. Take it slow and rest when you can. Hugs! and best wishes...It's all new right now. Do you have a new roommate too? It's going to take a little getting use to. Hang in there. Maybe you should lay off the elliptical for a couple of weeks, until you adjust to the 5 flights of stairs.  Climbing all those stairs repeatedly will help tone and strengthen you as well... that's why people pay money for stair climber machines.  And you get all that benefit "for free!"yea im not doing it right now specially today think im getting sick

i do have a roommate but i was with her last year too and we know each other from homeHow's the rash, BTW?Rash is not completely gone but fading and no longer itching. Its not lyme disease, still the possibility of lupus although its most likely just the humira.

all my friends went out im staying and going to sleep at a reasonable hour, havnt been getting more then 6 hours a night not goodSmart girl.  Glad the rash is going, I was kinda hoping it was lyme's.  You know, cuz that's not a stick around forever kind of thing.  I guess you'll be taking something other than the humera, what's next?  I remember you tried enbrel with no success.

Sheesh woman. I can tell how cooked you are by your typing!!!

GO REST!!!!! haha well all my friends went out and i went to bed around 11 which is early for college haha got almost 12 hours of sleep lol hope that helps I cant cant cant cant get sick right now i know im fightng somthing, and it NEEDS to go away cause im going to have singing auditions next week!

as for what med im on instead of humira, im not sure, i had left over enbrel and so my doc told m to bring it to school but im not taking anything till i see her in 2 weeks. she did push the pred up to 10 mg though so hopefully thats enough. i hope she doesnt put me back on enbrel, but i dunno, guess ill find out when i go back.
