Well the surgey is scheduled for first thing friday morning so i am driving out with my dad and older brother Thursday afternoon. My dad gave out a few more details about it that he hadn't before. The surgery is more to make her comfortable, that it is not for the cancer itself for that the cancer is inoperable. The drs aren't sure how well she is going to make it through the sugery since she is not in the best of health to begin with. My grandpa is not doing well emotionally. I have never seen my grandfather cry or show any kind of emtotion like that but I know I will this weekend and my dad says that he already has shown a lot of emotion. My grandparents are in their 80's, they grew up in that generation that my grandpa didnt show emotion to the kids at all. Its jus been since recently that he actually say "I love you" we all know he does but he just doenst come out and say it. So...anyway...I wont have acces to the internet (my grandparents dont even have an answering maching let alone internet lol) so if i have the chance I will stop over my aunts and come on and update yall on how it went. If not I have wonderful Ms Katie's phone number and i'll call her and she'll update for me.. If you could continue being awesome and keeping us in your toughts and prayers while traveling and for during the surgery we'd all appeciate it

Shannon,I am so sorry about your Grandma. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Be sure to take care of yourself, too. It's so easy to forget about your own needs when you are helping others get through times like this. But it is very important. Be sure to eat right and try to get enough sleep. Linda awwww thanks for all the kind words guys. I will for sure pass them along to my grandma. Lynda~ Sure you can adopt me!! The more family the merier right lol No, Kelsay will be staying home. My other grandma is going to watch her Thursday, hubby is staying home Friday and my mom is taking her, my little brother and the dog up to Lake Geneva for the weekend. Hubby and I had a HUGE argument about why im not taking Kelsay w/ me and how i shouldnt shelter her. If/when something is to happen (ive gotta think logicly) I dont want her last memory to be of GG in the hospital and I highly doubt that GG wants that to. Its going to be a very stressful weekend and adding Kelsay to the mix is going to make it even harder. If there are people here that will take her I might as well use it right? Am I making the right decision? ok folks...we are going to be leaving anytime. As soon as my dad can get out of work today he is going to come pick me up. Thanks for all the prayers!! AWWW MAN. I missed her. Poop. Hope she leaves a v-mail..... Shannon if you get to check this up at your aunts, Thursday I work 12:30-9 but just call either number everyone here at work is really nice so they'll tell you I'm not working. Take care!!!
