Hi, just staring plaquenil today and wondered if anyone out there has had luck with it. Also will stay on methotrexate, 10 pills once a week. Would appreciate any input. Thanks all.

Have been on Plaquenil for 12+ years, it really helped at first and then had to have more meds added to it. When I went off of it once, my RA came back with terribly but it did work for several years with just Dolobid now on Azulfidine, MTX plus the Plaquenil and prednisone as needed. Hope it helps you, most people seem to go on that before MTX and the other DMARDs. take care,

To be honest with you I am on so many drugs I can't tell if it helps or not.......
