Good Morning!

Hope everyone is doing great!  I was gone all day and most of the evening last night, so I don't have anything prepared for lunch today.  That is a dieter's worst nightmare.  So, I have to scrounge around and find something suitable for lunch/dinner.  I do much better when I "plan" what I'm going to eat for the day.  This is going to be a "no exercise" day for me again today. 

Oh, last night's dinner was two pieces of fruit about 5:00 p.m., then at 8:00, I was starving, so I had a bag of pretzels and a V-8 juice.

So far so good third day and so far I have stuck to my WW points not bad considering I have not gone food shopping yet.  I have been scraping the bottom of the barrel so to speak. I have not been exercising but I am feeling much better today so maybe later today or tomorrow I will start walking again .  I am going shopping tomorrow so I will stock up on all my favorite diet goodies.  I hope everyone is doing well have a great day.

I should'a had a V8 last night. Sometimes late at night after I've had my sleeping pill, I get hungry and have something to eat that I'm sorry for later. Last night I had a slim fast snack bar, which isn't so bad except I didn't need those calories that late at night. V8 juice would have been perfect. But I'm not going to beat myself up. I'm really going to try not to be so hard on myself.

I'm sticking to my exercise and that's what I'm happiest about. Have a good day everybody!

Started on my slimming world again today. I put on the pounds while away on holiday so am trying really hard to lose them.

Breakfast was a 42gr bowl of albran with skimmed milk and a banana

I cup of coffee with skimmed milk

Lunch was 2 slices of nimble wholemeal bread with salad and 30gr of cheese

Snack - mullerlight mandarin yougat

dinner -  chicken breast with garlic and herbs, 4 new potatos and lots of broccolli , spinach and carrots ( dry roasted in seasoning)

I will have a kitkat chocolate bar as my sins with a coffee 2nite

I have drank 3 bottles of water and eaten a bag of mixed salad leaves during the day.

 

I got up and outta bed a little earlier than normal. I usually lay in the bed and watch tv. I got outta bed around 10:45am.

I ate a whole 22oz tub of Rice puddding. But there was probably only 18oz in it from when I ate some the other day. Yeah that was my breakfast and lunch.

For exercise... hummmm.... I might clean a room. Not sure. I am pretty sleepy.

I am doing ok.  I ended up having a little bigger snack last night after getting home but my total calories was still under 1,100 for yesterday.

Today, I had a bowl of oatmeal with strawberries.  I made myself a small salad for lunch with a few grapes and I have a ww nuke able dinner to eat before i go to my water class for the first time tonight. I am not following the ww program but I find those prepared meals a good solution for lunch! That comes out to just over 800 calories.  I will probably have a little something after my class but will limit it to no more than 200 calories.

I am hoping the water class will help jump start my metabolism but I am nervous about going.  The class is at the local school and I have never been there before.

don't be nervous, you will do great.  Kudos to you for sticking to your plan.

I'm doing good today, but no exercise again today.  I'm shooting for tomorrow.

I tried to think ahead when school starts next week.  There are a lot of vending machines at the college, but not a lot of real food

Is a great weightloss resource.  You can put in your informaiton and weightloss/exercise goals and they will provide you with your daily calorie needed to acheive those goals.  It has areas to track what you eat to insure you are getting a good balance of foods, vitamins, minerals.  Its a free site with a busy message board for weightloss questions.

 

 

Yesterday was not a good eating day for me.

I started with two boiled eggs for breakfast with coffee of course.

I was working in Boston yesterday so I went out walking at lunch and ended up buying some delicious Gelato (and I mean delicious) for lunch.  The Farmer's Market was up and running so I did buy some fruits and veggies...in particularly I bought grapes that were yummy.  I only ate a couple of those.  Hey I was full from the Gelato.

Stopped for an ice coffee on the way home.

I had dinner out with my sister, mother, aunt, and a family friend.  I had a slice of bread dipped in oil.  Then came the salad.  The main meal was swordfish and pasta.  The pasta was small but good.  I don't usually drink because of the MTX but tonight I had two glasses of a marvelous Chianti.  Dinner out with the family is an exception to the drinking rule.

Before dinner I was able to get in a 3.1 mile run.

I will eat better today...did I mention that the Gelato was to die for...
