I forgot to mention that I got a call from my RD's office around 12 o'clock. It was the billing/insurance lady at the office. She wanted to know what my group # was for BC/BS. *Raises eyebrow* Yeah... as I recall... they photocopied both cards and I even filled it in on at least 2 pages of the forms I HAD to fill out.
Anyways... she said as soon as I hand this off to a nurse after it has been PAed, they will call you to make an appt.
So, I am guessing that will be next week sometime. As it is almost 5pm here and well they are gone by 5pm and it is a Friday.
