Goodmorning. Ok why is it that I ALWAYS wake up early when Kelsay is not here? UGGG it is sooo aggravating! LOL....Not much goin on today. Gonna get some classwork done while Kelsay is at dads today. Other then that, got nothing planned for this weekend.It's cold and sunny here today. My daughter's cheer team is doing a car wash today, so I guess I'll go and let them wash mine. Then I'll probably have to go to the real car was cuz my car is black and hand washing it never turns out right. And I'm going to Ikea to buy a lamp. That'll take forever because the place is like a giant maze. It's hard to find your way back out.
Hubby is golfing and I'm going to the gym for a swim then this evening I'll do some yard work. I love it but it doesn't love me. We're talking about going to see the new Jodie Foster movie sometime this week. We saw the trailer for it when we saw The Bourne Ultimatum.

I have a memorial service to go to this morning, and then I don't know what's going on afterwards. Possibly lunch or dinner with the relatives that are in from out of town.Good morning...It is sunny and chilly here in Wyoming. It is supposed to be 80....hmmm we shall see.
The house is quiet...hubby's cutting wood for the wood stove, and the kids are still asleep. I love the mornings...they do not like me though. Woke up today with even more swelling. Hubby has told me to rest today and see what happens. (that was nice) I showed him my hands and he said...they are even worse than normal. Try not to use them much...hello...I am a mom and Homecoming is tonight!

It is FREAKIN COLD right now...Its only 50 right now, with a high of 63...its soposed to be like this all this weekend and warm up during the week...I pulled out the little space heater...We got it last winter for me when I was on the computer downstairs...We only spent like on it but this little sucker puts out a lot of heat...I just cant see turning on the heat yet...It'll really depresse me...well IF i was able to more like it
Shannon...keep your feet warm. I know the Germans used to give me a hard time for walking barefoot around the house, but it is true if your feet are warm you whole body is.
Jaz...I am so sorry for your loss. Gosh...how sad! Let us know if you need to vent later. OMG I am such a dork sometimes. I went to take my Biaxin about a half hour ago. So I reached into the drug box and grabbed the bottle and took one. Then I got that warm fuzzy feeling like you do when you take vicodin on an empty stomach. Yep, I grabbed the wrong bottle. Grrrr... I've got to remember to keep the vicodin segregated in the toolbox. I usually keep it under the pull-out tray and keep the daily stuff on top of the pull-out tray, but sometimes things just get tossed back in without a second thought.
Shelly~My mom bought me these socks that are fuzzy and I absolutly love them, I'm wearing them right now actually. They arent normal socks, I cant think of what they are but she got them me for Mothers Day last year. They are the only type of socks that I will wear to bed...I HATE wearing socks to bed ICK OMG I hate wearing socks! My feet are almost never cold; I run around barefoot all the time. My feet feel best when they're naked. Mom and dad had a helluva time pinning me down and putting shoes on me when I was little. They said it was like trying to shoe a wild horse.
Well, hubby had to go into work at 6am today, so he woke up around 5:30am. Son is still sleeping. I would have been still sleeping, if MIL did not bring daughter home to play with the kitten. Hubby just got home about 20 mins ago. And he already asleep on the couch. He hit the couch a few mins after he came in. Probably why he did not say much about Abi peeing in the livingroom. He does know she knows how to use the litter box, as I filled up the litter box and put her in it and she scratched around and went pee while he was standing there. So, that is a good thing. Another darn FOOTBALL game is on today. UGH! And I am going to be stuck over in-laws while hubby watches it with FIL.
Did I mention... I HATE FOOTBALL!!!! I always wear shoes. It's not that I don't like bare feet, it's just that I hate stepping on a little crumb or drop of water. Makes me crazy. Jaz, didn't you have another wrong pill incident recently? I think you accidently took a sleeping pill before work??? You're pretty stinjy with the bone head crown, aren't you??
But I'm glad you did it today, it reminded me that I never took my enbrel yesterday.
I think I might give Abi a bath today. She kinda has a funky smell.

Well hubby is mowing and I'm getting things ready to go to a festival at the Brown Mountains up in Linville Gorge, about twenty minutes from here. It's a creepy place at night with unexplained floating lights on the side of the mountain, I hope we can see them tonight

Oh and when his dad was asking him if we were going to get a kitten last night, he told him No, but he smiled.
Now I just gotta keep the kitten in check and he will grow to love her. I am just afraid he might accidentally step on her, as she likes to follow us around and he has BIG feet (size 14 shoe), and she is soo small. He brought that up, as he has accidentally stepped on a kitten before, and killed it. That is why I feel better about keeping her in her basket while we are not awake, so she does not get under his feet when he gets up in the morning as he is a zombie and does not pay attention to what he is doing. Well, there is nothing like being barefoot. Of course when I was prego...hubby made a big deal about the whole barefoot thing. Jaz...my feet are always warm until I get sick. Sorry about the biaxin...that is what I take when I get a sinus infection...how do you get rid of the medal taste in your mouth??? Joonie...you are soooo funny...bathing that poor kitty. I've got a couple of furries that need bathed. Well, I am going back to bed...be back later. Had to take my inhaler, and of course...hubby suggested I take a whole pain pill...cause my joints look so bad. Kelly - Sorry to hear about your cousin...so very sad. I can't even begin to imagine what his family must be going through. Joonie - Your kitten is absolutely adorable! And you are spoiled rotten!

Well, she was going to hostess from 6-8, and then she would have been at the dance shortly after it started. When this girl called, the girl was bussing tables, so now she has to work from 6-9. If she is feeling up to it she will go, but she has the same cold thing that I have...in fact...hmmm, she's where I picked it up. Yes! It stinks! Oh Katie...how sweet, I will tell her that. She is hostess/busser at one of the upscale restaurants her in Cheyenne. So she's sick - she should be able to leave early, right????
So what if she doesn't come straight home, LOL! Well, ya, I was thinkin' that too, but I guess I have to be responsible. I HATE being the parent. LOL Yeah!! She should "go home sick" Come on, dances don't happen every night. She NEEDS to go! Sure wish Cheyenne was closer to Florida...lol I'd help her out! Well, it was rainy today for most of the morning and then boom!, the clouds went away and the sun came out. However it is still cold. Well, not really cold but for me coming from Florida to Massachusetts, 70 is cold. I still have my Florida blood. I like it being a bit chilly though instead of the hot and hotter weather in Florida. So, my brother Todd babysat Isabel for a bit today. He gave me some Mommy time. And what did I do with my Mommy time? I went toy shopping for Isabel. There are some very cute toys out there. She's getting into the pretending play now so I bought her a baby doll with it's own car seat, a cell phone(so she'll leave mine alone) and a baby bath tub. I saw a million and one things I would have bought for her but it would have been thousands of dollars. So, I controlled myself. Hope everyone is having a good day. And I'm getting him to teach me how to do the same.....LOL Hey now Gale!! Be nice.............
Hi Steph! Katie, Isabel turned 2 on July 27th. She's really going through a fun stage, play-wise. The temper tantrums I could do without but everything else is a blast. My second favorite class to have was the infant room. Babies are SO NEAT. But then when I was in there, I always missed the 2's. They were so cute and mischevious....hehe Katie, Michevious is definitely my Isabel. And she's too smart. We can't pull anything over on this little one. She doesn't even fall for the "Got your nose" trick. My brother did that too her . She says, "Silly Uncle Todd, my nose is right here" I have 45 minutes left of work! Woohooo!!!! Hey Katie, Did you find a new car yet? Damn that was a Looooooooooong football game

He is in there telling the kids to stop chasing after her and to stop picking her up. I sounds like he cares about her, but in his own way

I was surprised that it was 10am when daughter came in and the kitten was still asleep. I figured I was going to have to get up early to her meowing to feed her, but she never made a peep. I know, I was listening for her. I heard daughter when they got on the front porch to come in. Eleya did not make it to Homecoming. She is not feeling well, and she said...why bother. I feel bad for her. I know she is disappointed. I am glad I got the pictures. Hubby told me what I am doing wrong with the camera. I told him it's not me...it's cause he wasn't home to do his job!
