It's a cold day here in IL....I HATE IL!!!! lol So I didnt get as much classwork done last night as I had wanted...I was working on one that spoken it was only 8.5 mins but it took me for fricken EVER to finish it........UGGG this is neve gonna be over
Not much is happening today. Just classwork, takin Kelsay to school, and my Mom and Alex are coming over to see the doggie after school. Nothing exciting ever happens....So the superintendent never called me back Friday...so I'll have to call and bug him today..They are gonna want to get Kelsay on a bus just to shut me up....Shannon - it's 62 degrees and climbing up here in the northern 'burbs. Definitely not cold!

[/QUOTE]It's a bit chilly here too. Yesterday when I woke up it was 55 in the house. Fall comes quickly in New England. I love the cool, crisp weather though so I'm very excited. And the leaves changing will be an awesome sight too when that finally happens.
I am enjoying my first cup of coffee and Isabel is swiffering my living room rug. My little maid! LOL Of course, there's no swiffer pad on it. When I get the carpet taken up, then I'll let her go to town on the hardwoods.
We making a trip out to the supermarket later and I also want to go back to the toy store and see if I can find some of those door knob locks that fit over the knobs themselves.

Steph, it's a shame they don't still like helping you clean once they get old enough to be proficient at it!! I remember the days when Brenna loved to help me. Then she went through a short phase where she liked to surprize me by cleaning the whole house wile I was out. I liked that. Alot. Now she manages to leave a mess behind wherever she goes and acts like I'm really inconveniencing her when I tell her to pick up. 15. It's such a "cute" age. Not.
Saw my RD this morning. SInce I've had 3 flares in the last 2 months he thinks I should start injectable MTX because I already take 20 mg by mouth per week. I super don't want to do that, so he said I can try taking an extra pill and see what happens, but if these next two months go the same as the last, then I guess I'll join the ranks of you MTX shot people. Or he said I could try adding Arava to the mix, but I want to avoid taking more drugs if possible. But here's the really good news....his nurse thinks I look like Michelle Pfifer.

It was comfy, and he was a fussy little guy. Besides, who wouldn't want to wear a "babysuit" if you're just laying around, sleeping and playing all day long? The girls at daycare would fight over who got to cuddle with Sammy Pajamy. One of the girls even moved up with the boys - she followed them from the baby room all the way to the big kids room. The boys were crying with her on their last day at daycare.

Does it say therapist on my forehead??? WHy is it that everyone come an asks for advice when im in the middle of something? Of course I stop and help but its funny...nothing EVER happens when im not doing classwork I don't know if everyone has a Menard's store near them - it's a home improvement store. Anyway, they have this commercial with a jingle that goes "Save big money with Menard's". Well, when the boys were little, they used to always jump all over my husband. Inevitably, they'd accidentally jump on the "family jewels". So the husband would sing "Don't hit Daddy in the NARDs" to the tune of the Menard's jingle.
When Merryn was little she would get up early early some mornings and we would just turn on the TV. This was in the days before 24 hr TV. She would ask to watch either the rerun of the Carlton Walsh Report (a current affairs show) which she called Car Wash, or the station lines with music playing which she Test Pattern Music.
It kind of disturbs me that her first words, when she was about 15 months, were "mina mini", I must have said "in a minute" too often.
Oh Jaz...you crack me up. I've got a few of those memories too. Brandon has always been funny, and he doesn't try to be...he just is.
I am back fromt he doc....yep....hubby was right....sinus infection. Gosh...I HATE when he is right. I guess after 20 yrs he knows me. So, now I have to call RD and see if I can still have infusion on Wed.
Oh and I am supposed to sub from 7:30-2:30 tomorrow. I will ask honey for an excuse. I hope I get one...J/k
Well all, I've got to go take a shower and then go retrieve 180 pounds of crab-ass from the dentist.I'm back from my yearly physical and I think I just might live!!! My doctor was very happy with my weight loss, and my BP was down too. Now if I get a good report card on my bloodwork I will pass for the year!!!
Oh, and the doctor told me to keep on doing what I'm doing. So that means I have been ordered by my doctor to continue being a Pain in the Ass! Sorry guys, it's just the way it is, the doctor said so. . .

Jaz...the doc was so proud that I have been doing the neti pot! Yes, I feel like I am on the high seas...my tummy sloshes and I can't sleep, 'cause I'm drinking a whole lot more.
WOOOHOO I got a package in the mail!!!!! Wow am I easily please eh? So I LOVE doing surveys and so like Wednesday or Thursday I redeemed some of the points I had earned for one of those little portable traveldrive thingys that you put in your USB port and you can save files on that instead of on your computer well I got it in the mail today!! YAY lol Seriously you could send me a sticker in the mail and Id be excited to get something in the mail other then bills Well I got Mr. Crabby Pants home about an hour ago. He's belligerent as usual when he comes home all drugged up.
Seems like everyone's day is going okay. I'm off to sit with my 2nd cup of coffee.

the child safety things that go on the cabinet doors in like the kitchen etc...Well at my dads house the previous owner did it backwards. We could open em but couldnt get em closed w/o pressing the thing down...Well yesterday I spent over and hour and a half on the phone with her. I was a good girl!

DUDE! We bought one of those child safety locks for the fridge as son kept opening up the fridge and he stole the new pack of cheese and ruined it because he could not open it, so he threw it under his bed. Then the next day... he pour a while pitcher full of cherry kool-aid in the floor and left the fridge door wide open for about 15 mins before we opened the kitchen door to get something outta the kitchen.
I was awful. Anyways... as I was saying... so we bought one of those locks and well, within 2 days son figured out how to open the lock. Yes, it was a waste of . I told hubby we could go and buy 3 more and put them all down the fridge door and by the time he gets a couple of them done someone will have noticed he was not around.
Son's room it right thru the kitchen, so it is kinda misleading to think he went to his room, when he is actually in the kitchen getting something outta the fridge. And it is even more misleading when hubby keeps closing the kitchen door so he can turn the A/C on, because you are not sure who closed the door and why. That is how son got away with pouring the kool-aid and leaving the fridge door open for a few mins.
I am feeling much better today. Not much swelling and my knee is much better. I sure did not want to wake up and get outta the bed. That is what them meds do to me. That is why I do not like taking them. I already had a hard enough time waking up and staying awake.

After about 3 hours of them being on, Isabel has figured them out. Ugh! I still however, am having a hard time with them. LOL So much for child proof.
