Mornin'!!!!!!!

Well, it is the start of another week.  I hope I'm more productive this week.  My diet has been good....exercise...not so good.  No particular reason (laziness)

Have a great day!!!!!!!

Phats

Phats- I was being so good today but the weather has turned cold and I had coffee and 4 custard cream cookies......Oh well i will try again tomorrow

I made it to the gym this morning.  30 minutes on the elliptical and 10 on other machines.  I swear this gives me a touch more energy to start the day.

Hope everyone is having a good day.

Andrea

Andrea,

Don't give up on me girlfriend...looks like it is just you and me.

well, I walked about 45 mins tonight, pushing a stroller with a little one inside.  So, I got an extra workout

Diet is good, had salad for lunch and dinner (eating now), didn't get many fruits.  Will have to work on that tomorrow.

Phats

Phats, LA weight loss taught me something about fruits. They told me to
stick a box of raisens in my lunch and that was one fruit. They would rather
you get them thann skip them. I learned a lot from them but they are just
so expensive. I do miss their shakes and bars.

Hello Everyone

Well it's been one week on Weight Watchers and I am down 4.5 lbs not bad considering I have not been able to exercise at all lately.

Lori if you are looking for a good bar to eat try the Fiber one oats and chocolate they are only 140 calories 4 g of fat and they have 9 grams of fiber so for WW that is only 1 pt they are very good and full of chocolate chips you can get a box of 20 at BJ's for under

Phats  I promised my 16 year old daughter we would redo her room for her birthday next month so I think I will be getting my share of exercise by painting many coats of Hot Passion Pink paint so I think I will count that as my exercise for the next few weeks and than I will not feel so guilty when I read about everyone's exercise routine

Have a Good Evening

Linda from NJ

Hi all, started back dieting yesterday.  This morning I had a bowl of Kashi with a small banana and 1/4 cup of 1% milk.  I had grapes and a Kashi bar for lunch, 1 small chicken breast, asparagus, green salad with low fat dressing, sauteed corn with tomatoes and onions for supper.  In early afternoon I had a chocolate Atkins shake and for evening snack I had a Kashi peanut butter bar.  Am hovering around 1,500 cal. per day, with no sugars, and about 18 gms. fat.  Will hopefully cut a few more grams of fat per day. After the move I'm looking at having 1,200 calories per day.  Right now I need the extra energy that 300 calories of protein gives me to keep going with the move.

I don't expect to see any weight loss for about a week.  Am getting plenty of exercise with packing, cleaning and getting ready to move.  Exercise program starts back on Oct. 1st after the move. Good luck to everyone.  My goal is to lose 25 lbs. by Jan. 1, 2008 and 25 more lbs. by April, 2008.  Am looking at about 6lbs. per month.  Good luck everyone, Lindy
