Arthritis Information -Hip Replacement Surgery

Share

Has anyone with Rheumatoid arthritis had a hip replaced via a means other than the traditional hip replacement surgery? There is a procecure called minimally invasive hip replacement surgery that does not cut tendons, etc., and the recovery time is quicker. I have heard that Rheumatoid arthritic patients are not necessarily candidates for this type of surgery.HI RMGILLIS, I just wanted to let you know that 99.9% of the action on this
message board happens at the Rheumatoid Arthritis section, so you'll have
better luck posting there.
