Good Morning!!!!!
I walked last night, Finally! About 45 mins. Of course, I can't hardly move this morning. Jeez, am I out of shape, or what?
Breakfast is soy chocolate milk, banana and some almonds. Lunch is a huge salad and some fruit. I don't know about dinner?

Phats, I usually walk 3 miles a dayl, 5x a week. Today, however, my walking partner couldn't make it so I did 1 mile on the treadmill. I swear the treadmill is harder! anyway, I'm keeping my walking clothes/shoes on all day in case I get inspired to get back on. Breakfast was Wheatabix cereal w/sliced strawberries and rice milk and a sprinkle of stevia. Mid-am snack was a toasted whole grain muffin w/some soy butter and lunch will be some meat-free thing (Morningstar Farm "riblets" or an Amy's soup and a couple "meatless" chicken tenders. Dinner I"m planning to have a vegetable and tofu stirfry w/teriyaki sauce and brown rice. I'm not a vegan but I am feeling better w/no dairy and rice milk lately. I still eat meat - had two slices of roast pork loin last night. Good luck all!Woohoo!
