It's funny that you posted that about the pirates. The other day my daughter had the encyclopedia out and was just thumbing through it and told me my birthday was international pirate day and also that Mickey Mouse made his cartoon debut as "Steam Boat Willie" on this day. OOPS yesterday, it's after midnight.
