Thanks for your alls support! its hard to get my friends to understand how bad i feel. although being at the arthritis walk i think helped them see thats its not JUST arthritis.
anyway i still have a low low fever, had it since fri night, but im a little concerned with my thermometer, cause i took my temp with another and it was like .5 degrees diff....maye my batteries are running out? so besides the fever i dont really feel sick....no stuffy nose or anything a bit of a headache, joints are awfull and not getting better, mouth has sores and today i realy couldnt stay awake, taken 2 naps during the day and having trouble doing my homework.i have off from school on thurs so i can wait to relax a little. tomorrow classes start later soo ill sleep in. i should be getting mobic in the mail soon so then i will add an nsaid to my mix of prednisone, mtx, and enbrel. i go home thanksgiving and will be going to the doc, if things dont get better i can do to the reumy here but i dont like her at all.

blah i hate homework. i failedmy french exam today im sure!

I hate it too when I get so tired that I just can't keep going. I often get a low grade fever, for weeks at a time, but I don't know why. Seems to correspond to times I feel badly though.

My daughter used to get mouth sores from the mtx. They went away when her dose of folic acid was increased. If you aren't taking folic acid, you need to start, and if you are taking it, call your dr office and tell them about the sores, they will probably tell you to take more folic acid. She also used a prescription mouth rinse that was amazingly effective at quickly healing the sores which her primary dr prescribed for her. Hang in there, I have two kids in college. I know its hard but you'll make it. You probably did better than you think on the exam.

Opps! just noticed your earlier post on the mouth sores. Sounds like you did up the folic already. Call your dr at home to see if they can suggest anything else.

btw, every dr. I see thinks I have lupus but I never test for it. Just get the symptoms under control now and worry about the dx later.

p.s. WOW! I sound so much like a mom, don't I! LOL!
