Good morning to you all.  It is five nineteen MST, and I cannot believe someone else has not started, so I guess I am the goose(duck, duck, goose) today. j/k

What are our plans.  I have to get some housework done, and I do have a back message this afternoon.  I am going to try to work this am on the house and then crash after the message.  Well, today is my last day of the steriods(short course), so I am feeling the pain return.  Hopefully I will get my Remicade on Friday!

TTFN:  Hope everyone is not as cold as it is here....my heater turned back on...this is a BAD sign for the west.

love to all, shel

LMAO Heeeeyy I just started one of these!!

Let's see if anyone else starts one........I wonder just how confused we can make them all. Mwuahahaha

How can you be so happy after working all night Miss Katiedid?

Because I'm off work for the next two days. LOL Oh, and I get new bras today!

Yay! Horrah for new bras...I hope you find really pretty ones!  Do they make Alice ones???

Oh man why did you bring that up.......I hadn't even thought about it........now I'm going to have to look for some. LOL

I DO have I think 5 or 6 pair of alice undies though!!!

I soooo figured you would have Alice undies!!!  How fun is that!  Yep...hunt and find  until you find Alice!  haha

Yup I was confused as to which one to go into this morning.  I just got the kids on the bus now I only have the furbabies to drive me nuts.  :)

I have no plans today other than cleaning which is an everyday thing.  Oh and pratice on the guitar.  My 14 yr old wanted one, has had it a couple years and never really used it.  I found a site on the internet to teach you beginning guitar.  So I put on my braces and give it a shot.  Boy it sure is harder than it looks.  Making my clay babies is so much easier.

But maybe I can learn a christmas song (I said maybe) by christmas.  lol

Yep! learning the guitar is not easy, but it is easier than the piano.(to me at least)  I think I will get mine out...it was actually suggested by my hubby.  Do you read music, cause I have some easy Christmas music if you can read music?!  let me know....YOur day sounds good!

Hi Shelly

Nope I can't read music.  :(   Wish I could.  My BIL told me what they teach is called in tab.  So that's what I am doing.  I have a cheat sheet with 3 notes trying to learn then some other notes after and if I learn the three.

I found a second site looking for something like silent night in tab.  But it confused me more.  It looks like some strings you don't play with certian cords becuase it shows an x.  But the first beginning site (well both was for beginners) said you strum all strings.

BTW why does it sound better using your thumb instead of a pick do you know?  Or is it just me?  And this ring finger doesn't seem to want to listen to me.  LOL

Yes do crack out your guitar maybe you can play and record it so we could hear it.  :)

Okay Im headed home! YAY! Have fun today guys!! ttyl!!

BEHAVE!! Morning everyone.  Let's see..plans for the day...find a place to tow truck and repair truck (truck broke down on way home from infusion). We know it is the fuel pump that is of course INSIDE the gas tank so it isn't something we can fix ourselves.  I have a friend getting me at the eye popping hour of 8am (don't forget I run on a 2nd shift schedule...what is 8am??) to take me to pick up scripts from doc office and fill them at pharmacy.  After that...I will probably sleep as Danny will call all the mechanics and figure out estimates etc for the truck.  I had a bad feeling about selling my car not that long ago.  I told him we shouldn't.  ARGH!!

My infusion yesterday went ok.  Poked 3 times in order to start IV.  My hands just do not like to have IV's in them for some reason so they found a vein in the top part of my arm.  No lowering of mtx dose for me right now.  I guess at the dose I am at it helps to prevent allergic reactions and makes the remicade work better.  They will adjust my  mtx dose after my 3rd infusion (which is on Halloween lol) when they adjust my Remicade dose.  Until then, I have anti nausea meds to get by with.

I used to play guitar.  Before the hands said uhhhh...you aren't playing anything anymore lol.

Weather here is icky at best.  I feel like the sta-puft marshmellow domestic goddess lol.  Good day to lay around and read.

Awww gramma too bad about your truck.  :(

And your hands.  I noticed if I use my braces I can play well pratice with much less pain.  I know I won't do it for long probably.  I already gave up most of my cake decorating.  It's so sad when our hands will not do as we like them too.

Lizzie, I am so glad you have gotten your second.  I was waiting for my sinus infection to clear, and hmmm, my second infusion will be one month after the first.  So, now that I am done with the prednisone short pack...I am probably in trouble for the next week.

Sorry for your truck...I HATE car trouble!!!  I am also sorry for the awful weather, but stay in bed and stay warm!  I am going back there now.

Ok... you did not confuse me... you just made it hard to decide where I wanted to post my first post at, and well... I started a thread for my first post so neener neener neener

My kitten keeps ambushing my feet. I am soo slow to get around that she actually keeps running ahead of me and "hiding" and then jumps out and attacks my feet.

LOL I have to put Poochie out of the bedroom and shut the door to make the beds. She thinks it's play time

In the mornings she's so excited for me to get up she jumps up, grabs my gown tail with her mouth, and swings that way all the way to the kitchen! She is sooo funny

Now she is attacking my feet while I am sitting down at the computer.

She smells like kitty poo, she was rolling around in her litter box, trying to hide, she thought I was son and was trying to hide under her litter & poo I guess. I am going to give her another bath tonight probably, as she stinks! Phew!

Joonie I hope you're using a lot of conditioner on Abikitty as much as you wash her

Good night Sweet Lynda and all.  See ya tomorrow!
