Where are my peeps????????

Hello!  I hope everyone is doing great!  Someone help me get back on track, please!!!!!!

I walked yesterday, but ate terribly.

OK, how is everyone else doing???????

Phats

Hey, there!  I haven't been on because of computer malfunction.  However...

I made it to the gym 4 days the week of the 10th, 4 days the week of the 17th, and two days so far this week.  Yay!  Going first thing in the morning (6am) really helps me feel better.

I have lost (drumroll please) a total of 8 pounds so far.  (many, many more to go) My jeans fit so much better.  And my shirts aren't skin tight!!!!!  Now when I was 17 that would have been fabulous

Glad that you walked yesterday, Phats.  Keep up the good work.  Sometimes just maintaining and not gaining is an incredible accomplishment in itself.

Have a great day!!!

Andrea

Well yesterday I was feeling so good from my enbrel shot.(heaps of energy) so I caught up on all my ironing and other jobs around the house.. went to tai chi this morning. Then the weather changed, had dark rain clouds everywhere and really humid. my body hates this weather.so the rest of the day I have been sitting in pain and eating. not good hey. oh well next enbrel shot friday.Phats, I find writing down EVERYTHING I eat helps me stay on track! I am down 7 pounds. Doing well at keeping my calories low.  Did manage to clean house a bit this weekend and I have my swim class tomorrow!

Ok... for breakfast I had 1-robaxin, 10mg of pred, and 800mg of IBU and some grape juice

For lunch... dont know.

For dinner... I am sure it involves pork chops shakeN baked, mashed potatoes, and... whatever veggie feels like eating

WTG!!!  That is just awesome that you guys are dropping some lbs!!!!!  I feel so much better when I eat good and exercise.  I should keep a log of what I eat Michele, that is a great idea.

Ally, how does TaiChi work for you?  I have been tempted to try it, but haven't done so yet.

Keep up the great work!!!!!!!

Phats

I love tai chi, I have been doing it for 4 years now. when i first started i wasnt able to walk without a frame. now i only use a cane on bad days. It is so relaxing yet powerful. It helps with the brain with coordination. and balance etc. you can get dr lams dvd through the arthritis foundation.I have a class here on tuesdays . my teacher did her training with paul lam.Congrats to all of yu

I was wondering how to join the phats Club??????
