Hi all, well this is the strangest thing! I took 20mgs. of methotrexate about 3pm yesterday. I had taken 2 acetaminophen earlier in the day. I was so sleepy that I went to bed and selpt until 7pm, woke groggy and stayed up until 10:00 then woke again at 3am, took 1 acetaminophen and my gosh slept until 7am! I've been having such a time staying awake and felt spacy and sleepy???
I'm taking the acetaminophen, suggested by the doctor's nurse for the pain in my foot, which it has helped with!! No prednisone for 2 days.

Is it the combination 20mtx/acetaminophen 500's? Not taking any more. Lynda
It should not be the MTX and acetaminophen, I think it is most likely that your body is trying to sleep off the effects of the steriods. I feel that way too today and it was my last steriod day. I always get more tired at the end of a steriod pack. I hope it is not the tylenol, because if it helps than that is great! I would venture to say your body has finally woke up out of the pred. dream.
