I was Taking Enbrel 50 ml injections once a week and my physician has taken me off of it completely. Now I have a 2 month supply that I had to pay a large copay for that I will never use.I know Enbrel is like 1400 monthly and I hate to see it go to waste when people are in severe need.I hope this is legal to be posting this if not the moderator can absolutely delete this.I would just like to help someone in need.
I know you would like to help someone but it is illegal to give it to someone. Isn't that a shame the same thing happend to me to but I just got rid of it. I did not want to get in trouble or have something happen to someone I gave it to. I deposed it. It killed me to do it. It costed me 1,600.00 But I know just want you are saying. If it could save someone money and it helps them. It would make you feel good.Looks like it's been a little while since this post was originated. I had a similar situation. I was pregnant, had the baby, and decided to nurse and during all of this, decided not to take Enbrel. When I went to my derm after the baby was born, I mentioned that I had a bunch of medicine still left that had not expired and asked what he thought as I really didn't want to just trash it if someone could use it since the pharmacy couldn't take it back. He said I could bring it inot the office because they have patients who inject there that were having to pay for it all out of pocket. So, I gave the office about 2 months worth. Hopefully it helped someone out.that's so nice, sarie... sounds like you helped someone
