All my fish are dying. And I don't know why. Less than two weeks ago we bought the kids more fish. They picked out a catfish each. Well they both died and two of our older fish. All since last night. dang it.

Shannon, that's hilarious. Kids do say the craziest things. Didn't even phase Kelsay that it was coming out in the poopoo. LOL Some of those devices although they look easy on TV are certainly not.
Well, it's another busy day here. We're still moving my brother Mark and his wife to Maine. Actually, I shouldn't say "we" because I have virtually nothing to do with it besides loaning my van. Which for those of you here last night did come back just in the wee am hours.
So, lots of moving of furniture in and out of here today. Fun stuff! I am just going to be watching the constant flow of moving and trying to clean up my house.

Hi everyone, its 11.08pm here and I went out with hubby this evening for the first time in yonks, we really enjoyed ourselves and came home reasonably early due to my discomfort (as usual). The really nice part was that the kids were being looked after by their grandparents and when we got home it was as if we had been away for a month, they were so excited and happy to see us, as we never go anywhere without them!!!! Even the dog got overexcited, nice to feel loved and missed, thank God with the daily struggle of this awful disease I can really count my blessings, Goodnight all and I hope your day is relatively painfree, love Janie.Joonie- I cant admit to putting my bum into a thong and certainly not showing it in public

Maybe Lisa that's the only thing I can come up with. Which stinks. Had to buy fish at walmart because there are no pet shops anywhere in this area.
I don't know a lot about fish. I do wonder if we buy some when we go visit daughter if they would survive the trip in a bag. My guess it's about 5ish hours.
Son was so excited getting his catfish. It was a treat for an A+ on his spelling. (see he is kinda behind and it took a lot of him).

Morning everyone, It's very cool here this morning. But the sun is shining, I think its going to be a beautiful Fall day.... I'm thinking about heading out to do some more Christmas shopping. I usually get ahead start on Christmas shopping. I hate the crouds, pushing and shoving. But I need to get most of it done early this year, cause we're going to have an early Christmas for family here. Then we're going to spend Christmas with our grandchildren in Florida. I can not wait!!

Robin, Sorry to hear about your fish. I think Lisa is right, maybe there was some contamination from the new fish you brought home. Thats so awful for the kids.
kelsaysmommy, Hope you have fun at the Wedding. I think Weddings are so romantic. Hubby hates going. Guess cause he's afraid I'll make him dance, LOL.

Lori, my husband hates weddings as well. Though for some reason he hasnt complained about this one...its strange..Its soo cute though, next year he is going to be the best man in his bestfriends wedding and he is soooo excited about it.Good morning all. Don...INSTANT coffee...that is almost in the "sin" catagory. I do love the hot pots, but for TEA, not instant coffee. YUCK!!!!LOL I even have a coffee brewer for camping. YEP, love my coffeee.
Robin...after losing so many fish...my son(whom we bought the fish tank for) said...no more pack it up...I don't want to see any more dead fish.

Robin - what kind of fish did you have? I used to work in the fish department (along with the toys) in Wal-mart and you have to be REALLY careful about introducing fish. They can die simply from the shock of it.
I'm at work and it's a whole lot better today. Muching on candy corn! Yay!
I make up the water and use the stuff that makes tap water safe for fish. We had oh about 6 or 8 we have had since long before we moved here. So they were a couple years old.
The new ones I can't think of the name of the orange with black tail ones but some were zebra's. two new catfish. (they were the first to die). Then the albino (sp) shark. He was the oldest. Now the orange black tailed ones are dying and one zebra and one trying too. It's weird all in one day and I haven't done anything differnt. I just don't understand. And it makes me sad. I know they are just fish but still so many of them.
I just wonder if the catfish can't live in the same tank. I've never dealt with them, but I know that I've only (typically) seen them alone in tanks. How do you introduce them to the tank? The best way, that I've found, is to leave the bag they come in resting in the top of the tank for several hours. Then introduce them one at a time. You should really try to look up what kind of fish you have, and the catfish, to see if that's all that it took for them to die off. Some fish just CAN'T live with others. I'm sorry!!! I got used to losing fish working at wal-mart. I was sad the first week or so, cause I named a bunch of them...(yes I'm an idiot lol) but they just die so often I had to suck it up.You know we asked the lady at walmart to make sure on the catfish. Since my son wanted them so bad. she said yes yes no problem. But it does make me wonder.
We introduce them just as you described. Son is upset his catfish (named poo) died. Daddy is PO'd his shark died being he kinda got use to him (and even talked to him). weirdo LOL. He had that one for probably 2 years.

I'm not so sure about the catfish.....it really makes me wonder. While I made myself knowledgeable about the fish, most people working at wal-mart dont. And that's because no one actually WORKS the pet department. They just make a few people from Toys or the Garden Center or HBA (health and beauty) learn how to feed the fish and catch them. Go wal-mart!

LMAO It was a bit of an exaggeration....hehehehe I did name all the frogs though! I love frogs....Wizard is so special to us, my daughter is actually going to walk down the aisle at her wedding to "Somewhere Over The Rainbow"!
I don't know what made me buy that movie for a 2 year old, but she loved it from the first time we watched it together, she'd sit in my or DH's lap and sing the songs. What a great song for a wedding and I never would have thought of it. When we had to rush to hospital when 2nd DD was born a month early, I had to sing the songs from the Wizard the whole 2 hour drive to the hospital. I'll look for Wicked, but we don't get too many plays locally, although we did go to Nunsense this summer.Don- it always seems to be something huh? And I got out there and danced...which is why I'm gonna be hurtin.. I can feel it already..but I was NOT hurtin at the time yay for dancing!! You should never pass on dancing if at all possible. Yay! Yea I know and I didnt want to be a bum and just sit there then regret not havin a fun time and dancing..Hell I'm gonna regret it either way so I may as well make the most out of it. Our table though was ROWDY!!!!!!!!!! LOL but boy did we have fun
Yay!!! I am so glad you danced, but I know the things we do today. I think my mommy duties are done...flour and crap all put away, and cake is in the fridge. Set everything up to put on a roast for dinner tomorrow.
I am exhausted. Gosh, going to the grocery store is a major feet...then doing the cake, but ya know ya gotta do.....

He's alright. He ate a bit much tonight, and his tummy is a little mad at him. But otherwise he's been good. :) Yea I took pics but I forgot to have my dad send the cord so I could download them to my computer. Tomorrow Im going to see if any of my cords Ive got will work but well today its NOT gonna happenDang tummy's putting limits on us and all. I am glad...no word on if he will need the gallbladder out or is it wait and see. I just don't want him to get too bad again. You both are too young for some of the crap you've been handed.

We were suppose to met back here same time, and same channel.
So... today was a drag! I had to sit thru yet ANOTHER FOOTBALL game. and of course they LOST! Yeah... I knew they were going to lose, I keep predicting their losses, and hubby is starting to get annoyed with me. So... the other team make onto the score board first and I was like "why are ya'll not happy? At least someone scored." They were in the mid of 3rd quarter before either team scored. It is soo fun to mess with FIL & hubby about their team. That is the only reason I even sit in the same room as the FOOTBALL game, just so I can bother them. But I was kinda outta it tonight, I kept getting confused or just did not understand. But I have days like that.
To not have an answering machine in this day and age is almost malpractice. I can't believe that there is no way to get a hold of him. He needs to get his butt in gear before poor Justin ends up in the Hospital.
I know it. Well I'm off on Monday, so we decided if we can't get a hold of them by 3pm, we're just driving out to the stupid office to get them to fax the damn referral. SOOO irritating!I talked to Mo'Nana earlier today, and she was wiped out...we kept her up too late last night! LOL
Actually, she said she might be on later tonight, but I have a feeling she probably took a nap and conked out for the night.

Oh... hubby says that if you are wearing a thong and you expose your bootay it is not mooning. He says it is mooning if you show bootay crack with exposed buttcheeks. The thong covers the crack. so he says. whatever!
