How is it working out for you? Have not really seen much of a report on how it is working out for you.
Hi Joonie,
No Ra but still trying to work out frozen shoulders but it looks like some correctice surgies ahead.
I had to cancel 1 yr follow up in Chicago because cash poor but still in contact with team and they get regular reports. I am somewhat regretful procedure was not available sooner before all the damage was done. But hey, it was not known to me.
Thanks for your interest.
:) LuAnn
Cool! I hope it continues to work for you. As for the frozen shoulder, I hope the surgeries to fix that work out great for you.
Keep us posted if you can. I know a lot of people will be interested in this if you continue to do well and report back.
Good Luck!!
I had the frozen shoulder too. That's what started the beginning of the end of remission. And of course, the one that chose to freeze is or rather was the one I had the most range of motion in. Are they talking about shoulder replacement for you, Luann? When I met with an ortho surgeon on this, he didn't want to do it yet because my pain level wasn't there.Steph,
My frozen shoulders are result of sepsis/PICC line infections and thyroid that compounded problem with scar tissue, contractures & lesions. My rotary cuff seems to be intact. I would do surgery if reccommended but I am most sure the stem cell team will say a very loud NO until after five years of recovery.
