We had a fabulous time. The weather was great (hot & humid, just like a tropical island is supposed to be). We stayed at a hotel in town for 3 days, then in beach fales (open gazebos) for 3 days on the island of Savai'i then back to the main island to a resort for 3 days. A bit of everything. We saw gorgeous flowers, waterfalls, blow holes, whales, gorgeous children, piggies, cats, coconuts,coral, fish, and lovely white beaches. I would recommend Samoa as a holida destination to anyone who has the chance to go.I love the idea of beach Fales, ......am looking this up on the net as a holiday idea for next year if we dont make New Zealand pammy416, What Beautiful pictures!!! Thanks for sharring your wonderful pictures. I realy enjoyed the flowers. the Lobster Ginger was magnificent. What was the purple one opening up? I would go in a heartbeat, although I do not think my wife would stay in the open style housing.
