Complete list of pain medications | Arthritis Information

I'm looking to find a complete listing of available prescription pain medications, where the primary purpose is to treat pain symptoms (as opposed to anti-inflammatories, anti-depressants, etc).  There's one my doctor mentioned on the phone, that I can't quite remember but might be able to pick out of a list, and besides I'd like to know what's out there.  I can start the list, but please post your additions:

Codeine
Morphine (Avinza)
Oxycodone (OxyContin, Percocet, Percodan, Endocet)
Hydrocodone (Vicodin, Lortab, Norco)
Propoxyphene (Darvon)
Hydromorphone (Dilaudid)
Oxymorphone (Numorphan, Opana)
Meperidine (Demerol)
Methadone
Tramadol (Ultracet, Ultram)
Fentanyl (Duragesic)
Pentazocine (Talwin)...wait, that's it, as I was researching, I found the one he was talking about
Buprenorphine (Buprenex)
Butorphanol (Stadol)
Nalbuphine (Nubain)

Wow, I had no idea how many different ones there are!  There's quite a few I've never heard of.  BTW, here's a great document showing all different types of medications related to chronic pain:
