How are you doing? I do not think I have read much about how you have been doing.
Just letting you know I wonder about ya
I've had three trips to the ER and each time I've gone, the DR has said I cannot take THAT narcotic, I need to take this one... next Dr takes me off the new one and puts me on different one. On and on it goes... I saw my Pain Doc yesterday and he said for acute pain where there is a cause, he cannot help, so I won't be seeing him again until this is resolved. In the meantime, I am on Fentanyl patches with every known narcotic available for breakthrough emergencies. They have basically said not go to ER's anymore because I have stronger meds at home than they can prescribe. I am also starting week 3 of my liquid diet. Every time I try to eat even the mildest of foods like jello, i get diarrhea, UGH! I guess they are hoping I stay like this forever so nobody has to go out of their way to do anything. I still have some fight in me.
owiedeb - best of luck. I, too, had some weird gall bladder problem, but not the valves like you are talking about. And ask for the pathology report afterwards, see if you had any infection, that's just a request please from me. And afterwards you will need core bile pills to handle the lack of the gall bladder. I am just glad they found something finally, instead of telling you to go home.
You keep fighting that fight! I know you will win. I just hope it is soon.
Have you made appts for your other problems you are having or you just going to wait to get this one resolved first before you try to tackle something else on your list of aliments?
I gotta get the tummy thing taken care of first, then the ablation, then the hip surgeryWell, sounds like you got your ducks in a row. I hope they all go smoothly and you have no problems getting them done.
