Someone on another post asked what is the difference between RA and Palindromic RA. I asked my rheumy aways back and he said nothing, its RA. Any other input? I asked him because I researched and it sounded good.
According to the rheumies here PRA is not the same as RA but PRA may sometimes develop into RA down the track.
As I understand it PRA does not have any bone degeneration and yes it is palindromic which means it comes and goes........
