As some of you know, I've had a flare for the past couple of days with some rough times at work. The shot that felt like glue my rheumy okay's was 160ml of Depo Medrol, 81ml in each arm. Talk about hurting. It went it as slow as molasses. Now I have a small knot on one arm and a small swelling on the other. My friend gave me a good shot, it wasn't her fault. She said she could see my muscle tensing even though I thought I was totally relaxed for the second one. Not so much for the first one! Oops
I got the shot yesterday @ 3:00. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to ease the pain and make it not so tender?
