How much Glucosamine should you take per day? Is this something where you should work your way up to that dosage or can you take the max dosage right away?
Either way. My mom's a nut for it, and she's had docs tell her this that and the other about it. No one seems to agree. Nothing seems to make a difference for her, except that it works well when she takes as much as the bottle reccomends, or more. *shrugs* I wouldn't really go by what my mom says though, shes......ya know.....my mom...........LOL
