appt time...wish me luck | Arthritis Information

Well today is the big day. Hubby took the day off to research every possible test that can be done and fought with insurance. I got approved to go to the U of WA but doc I am seeing today did not put on there that it was an urgent appt needed, so the wait can be weeks. It's already been 2 wks without food, so I cant wait to hear what this dr has to say...

If you don't hear from me, hopefully it is because he finds me ill enough to be hospitalized for tests immediately. All I was able to eat yesterday was 3 pediapops and some water. One heck of a diet. Hubby thinks I should eat something so dr can see how sick i get, but I just cant bring myself to do it.

Deb...hope things go how you want them to, and that you'll be able to strap on the ol' feed bag soon

Your in my thoughts and prayers. Hope they get you to eating really soon.

Big Hugs

Good Luck. Let us know what the dr. says. Actually, I am kinda hoping
you don't post for a bit since that would mean that they are treating you
now!

Becky

I hope they start treatment today, and get you in to the hospital.  Have hubby log in as you, and post how you are doing.  We will all be curious.  Prayers are going up for you girl, and fight like heck!!!!

To live like this any longer would be cruel and unusual punishment! Love to ya, shel

Deb - I hope you get everything sorted out and soon you'll be back on board here telling us our well you feel

Take care

Lisa

Deb, I hope that they are able to get you in right away.  Doesn't seem reasonable that they will make you wait 3 weeks.  Take care, all of us will be sending loving thoughts your way.  LindyWishing you a quick diagnosis and a speedy recovery.  Sending hugs and prayers. I really don't understand all this crap about being so darn sick and no one wants to help you? I just don't get it. Is it just because I live in a city that has everything? I am pretty darn sure if all that was going on, I would have been in the hospital by day 3 or 4.

Maybe I am just spoiled. A lot of our Drs here graduated from the UW (University of Wisconsin). We also have the UW hospital here that is one of the best teaching hospitals in the US.

Maybe you all need to move here.  LOL   Deb - best of luck, and hopefully the doctors will do something.  Let us know.

Best of luck... hope you did not post again today because you are getting treatment FINALLY!

Much huggs & prayers!
