Has anyone tried any of the adrenal support supplements that various vitamin companies sell? I've been reading about them and have not heard it mentioned that anyone was taking anything of this type, or had tried them.
I would imagine that one would have to take them for a month or so before one could make any type of judgment. I ordered some today on the internet. Figured it probably couldn't hurt anything. I did it mainly because Selenium made my feet quit hurting about five years ago. I still take Selenium every day and I can't help but wonder if maybe it helps. It used to be if I didn't take it every day, I would feel a pulling across my shoulder blades. I keep hoping that there would be a solution like that again for PMR. Mary
