No Rituxan tomorrow, sinus infection | Arthritis Information

Went to my PCP last night to check out the wheezing and coughing, and despite my not being able to wheeze or cough while I was there (isn't that always the way?), I do have a sinus infection.

Called RD, and as I suspected, no Rituxan for me tomorrow with an active infection.  Truth is I didn't want to start it if I was already wheezing, whether it was an infection or not.  So they want me to wait a week, but that's right before sis' wedding, so I am going to wait two weeks, which brings us right to November.

Isn't it ironic that I was so torn up about whether to wait for November with the Rituxan or do it earlier, and now I don't have a choice anyway?

The good news is that I am feeling somewhat better than I did a week ago, and was able to come down from the Diluadid to the Percocet.  The bad news is that I have a terrible sinus headache and my ankles are so swollen that they are "hanging over" my sandal straps (ewwww), which are the only shoes I can wear right now.

The good-or-bad-news-I'm-not-sure is that my hubby stress continues on a rollercoaster.  A few days of really bad stress followed by a few days of really working well together, and then back again.  Right now I'm in a good cycle, so I'll count my blessings with that.
