With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is
worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went
unnoticed last week.

Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote "The Hokie Pokey" died peacefully at the
age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the
coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started…

You know it's funny. Now send it on to someone else and make them
smile.

PUT YOU RIGHT FOOT IN PUT YOUR RIGHT FOOT OUT PUT YOUR RIGHT FOOT IN AND SHAKE IT ALL ABOUT. YOU DO THE HOKEY POKEY AND YOU TURN YOURSELF AROUND THAT IS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT!!!!You mean the hokie pokie ISN'T what it is all about? You put your left foot out...that's just sick!!

Haha that's terrible!!

What I want to know is......did Larry LaPrise REALLY write that song??? And did he really just die?

We do the hokie pokie at every VA Tech Game..they are the Hokies.

Very Funny!!!!
