i found some really tasty and convienient vita splash packets that you mix with bottled water for joints, immune system, calcium, and multivitamin. the flavors are white grape, grape, berry burst, and strawberry tangerine respectively. i dont know if anyone else hates popping a pill like me, but vitamins usually make my stomach hurt and these packets contain 50-100% of the RDA and they taste awesome. they have some of the key vitamins and supplements that i read are valuable to anyone but especially people with RA.
anyways dont know if anyone else has tried them, but they are sugar free and only have 20 calories and if they help them awesome! if not at least it isnt soda! i know its random but...

i found them at walmart. i think most grocery stores, in the juice isle, ya know where they have the koolaide and sports drinks! i mean i do not in any way shape or form have a balanced diet so any extra bit of nutrition i can get that tastes good i am down for. plus i hate taking a pill, vitamins make me gag! the calcium +vitamin d pill i take nearly makes me throw up everytime, i have to guzzle water for a few minutes after i take it bc its such a large pill...
