Inversion Table | Arthritis Information

 

has anyone tried an inversion table to releive the presure on legs/knees/back for RH?

I am thinking of getting one and wondered if anyone found benefit?

I have not tried one of those since I was 12 or so.  Not sure if it would work to relieve pressure, but imagine it would briefly.
What is RH?

My friend has one of those for his back problems (not arthritis related) and he uses it several times a day when his back acts up, so it must be doing something for relief, at least in his case.
how much does one of them cost?
