why would the ER RX me Ultram if Lortab 10's did not even help with my pain?

They RXed me Ultram and Norflex. Did not get them filled, the pharmacy people are going to think I am a drug addict or something. That would be my 5th bottle of pain meds this month alone.

Have you tried muscle relaxers before? I like them. For my back anyway.

Sometimes the 'lesser' meds work better for individuals than meds the are supposed to be stronger. Darvacet and Ultram are about the same strength (not very strong) but ultram gets rid of my pain better than darvacet because it doesn't make me too tired to work at my job. Are you on a mucle relaxer already for the fibro??? you do not want two muscle relaxer i don't think . Did you tell er all of the meds your on? Just double check. You should be on a muscle relaxer for fibro and that helps some of the pain, you still would want a pain med. But i would think if you were dx with fibro the doc would already have you on a muscle relaxer? Just check before you take anything. For the pain meds to work you have to give them some build up time and keep them in your system. Same for flexeril. If they ever give you that. Just be care swithching and ask if the meds you are currently on mix the new stuff.

Yeah... I am on a muscle relaxer already... Robaxin. It works great for my neck/upper back/shoulder stiffness, when I take it.

I guess I can go get the Norflex filled to see if they work any better than Robaxin.
