Well...Friday made one week without my MTX. Can I just tell you..
Why aren't you able to have your mtx? I got a sinus infection a few days before I was to take my MTX and my RD said it would be best to skip it. I am still (and sorry for the description) blowing out yucky boogies. So I assumed I should not take it again...I will be on the phone in the morning to see what I should do...

Blessed, I was happy for you at first when I read you were off MTX. You probably know how scary I think that stuff is. Then I saw how miserable you are and I decided for you, like many others, the MTX is probably the lesser of the two evils. I still can't say I hope you go back on it soon, I wish everyone could be off it, including myself. But I will say that I hope you feel better soon, however it happens. MTX usually stays in your system 2-3 wks before you notice any difference. I was off it for 4 wks due to surgery; 2wks before and 2 wks after. Boy that 4th week was a killer. I finally took it this week, now I need to let it build back up again.... Hang in there, hopefully you can start it again really soon! Hugs! Deb
