I still had infection but dentist removed tooth anyway. Infection was draining into my system anyway. So un pleasant all the way around. Doc said i would not bleed to death but i might think i was. Anyway i had cut back on pred 10mg to 5mg five days ago. I did not not take any yesterday as i want to get rid of the infection and with all the nastyness draining into my belly i do not want blood piosoning? Bleed not heavy but for 12 hours. Still taking cipro of course. Was told to stay in bed. Called to ask eroom about the pred if i was doing the right thing. They said call doc that prescibed. Still waiting on a call from the nurse. Eating alot of yogurt. I sometimes go completly numb. Well not tingly numb but pain free numb. Well could be tingle numb but to numb to notice. The flu or allergic reactions or hyperventalating or a number of things could cause this. I have done this several times in the past. Took vicoden yesterday. Anyway i am still swollen and my face is briused and still infection but no pain. So i would not know if something was going on i wouldn't feel it. I did this last flare cryed myself to sleep and woke up numb. Had a huge cyst under my torn ligement that was so painful and went to the ortho. They asked how bad it hurt. I said i thought it hurt really bad as i had been barely able to walk for three weeks but did not really know the answer. That made everyone scratch there head and wonder. And i have done this other times as well.I hope you are feeling better soon Milly.
Ummm... yeah.. Milly. Be sure to take your pred today. If not it could make you worse and you might put your body into shock and end up in the ER. Please take the pred today.
I understand about the skipping the pred for a day. I do that every so often, but I usually feel sicker than a dog and hurting worse by the next day after my skipped pred.

Joonie how is my musty girl doing anyway. I tried staying in bed as i was told. I have to go lay down often from light headedness. I saw you post something about non compliance. What med was that? Hope you feel better soon.

Oh those meds were anything that had the word injection mentioned anywhere near it
