This is sooo weird! I just fell down 3 stairs today at school and twisted my ankle. I was putting supplies away and I got up on a stool with my right knee that I haven't really been able to put pressure on for 3 weeks! not even this morning! This morning I had trouble going down my stairs. NOw I can put my whole body weight on it. How weird is that?!

I mean I fell on my knee pretty darn hard thinking it would get worse. I think that is so funny! WHo knew falling could fix something!

Well, maybe you causes inflammtion to move when you landed on it?

Anyways... glad to hear your knee is doing better now that you really hurt it.

Oh joonie buzz kill!!

So why not a knee.  I vote that Christina has a cured knee.

Next time my knee is that bad, I'm gonna try this technique!!

Christina, I'm glad you are feeling better!  Where's the video camera when you need it?

Many years ago my FIL suffered from chronic back pain.  He had for years, seen a lot of doctors, tried many things, nothing helped.  One day he and my MIL were walking across a parking lot and got hit by a car.  Not seriously, but enough that it knocked him down.  Wouldn't ya know it, it cured his back problems - for good!

I hope your "cure" is permanent as well!

OW, OW, OW!!!  That's doing it the hard way but, hey, whatever works.  I'm glad for you and your happy accident and I hope it lasts forever!! Please let us know how you progress.

Thanks! I still think it is funny. Probably just a coincidence, but who knows!

I hope it works for you.  Gosh...it must have hurt when you fell.  I am just thinking if my knee caps could withstand a fall on them with the work I have had done.

I fall all the time. I am a HUGE klutz! Wow!  That is really weird!!  I wonder if the RA had the joint out of wack and the fall put it back into normal position?  Sure hope your knee stays feeling great.

Hello Christina

I did not mean to be a buzz kill. My comment was just from something I always complain about to my mommy. Which is... If I broke my knee then I would know why it hurt so much, and not be mythed as to why it just decided to be swelled and hurt for no reason.

I am sorry to be a downer.

I just hope it stays that way. But you may be right, it could be a little swollen. Doesn't feel like it though.

How are your knees???

Ahh... "ok".

Well one of my old RD's told me if you can press your knee cap down you have swelling

OK Cah.....After thinking about what happened to you I thought heck lets try it. So I smacked my left shoulder, right shoulder, clavicle, neck, All my fingers, left wrist., both knees, right ankle, and my entire spine. I'm happy to say that since my wrist hurt the most to start it does not anymore. Everywhere hurts the most !!

well.... I didn't say it was full proof
