I've continually seen reference to the fact that supposedly we AI peeps have a lot of heavy metals in our bodies. APer's on the Roadback post of chelation etc.
Anybody here get tested for this?
Any tests better than the others?
What did your doc do about it if you came back 'high'.
Any other foods that help with getting the stuff out of the body?
Any other supplements that helped?

Pip - medical doctors can test for heavy metals. My first GI doc was muttering that as he walked out of the room.
